We can unblock most toilets and sinks in Soho using a plunger, however for more stubborn drainage problems, we can use a smaller water jetting machine (one suitable for portable use indoors) to puncture the blockage membrane to clear the blockage, or use rods that travel down the line. With 24/7* local Soho engineers on standby, you can be rest assured that any drainage problem will be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
All sinks and toilets are connected to the foul water drain of the property, hence there is a trap between the drain and the toilet or sink. These traps often get clogged with debris from the sink, hair is a favourite in the bathroom and food particles in the kitchen. If this is the case, our drainage engineers in Soho have the skills necessary to deal with any type of blockage in a swift and professional manner.
Customer Name: Julian Jenkins. I recently had work carried out by your group. I am writing to inform you of my satisfaction on the standard of the work and the approach of the engineers.
My wife and I were impressed by the engineers manner; we found them to be courteous and helpful. They contacted us over the phone on two occasions to arrange a time for them to call and on both occasions were true to their word and punctual.
I honestly believe them to be a credit to your company and even though I acknowledged their workmanship at the time, I would appreciate it, if you would let them know of my satisfaction of their part in the task carried out.
Thank you for a job well done!
